Freezes

Great puzzle game when it doesn’t freeze or crash.

No updates for me

No thanks for the update. New version completely over wrote my objectives in process. No thanks for the constant ad window at the bottom of the screen. You just lost my loyalty to check in every day.

Much Better

I had some problems downloading some puzzles, but the customer service was great and fixed the problem right away! I really love this app now!!!

Wonderful game with one bug that bugs me lol

I have this game on my phone and iPad and for some reason they have different puzzles, I wish they could fix it. I would give it five stars otherwise because this APP helps me unwind and manage my depression and anxiety… it is THE BEST puzzle APP I’ve ever downloaded and the packs with Disney makes it even more worth it.

Too many ads

Used to be great but too many ads ads now and puzzles purchased with points have decreased from 30 puzzles to 5.

Jigsaw puzzles

I have been doing these puzzles for years and have found they are the greatest. I take my iPad with me to appointments and work on puzzles while I am waiting I am always asked what I am doing and asked for information on how they can get this app. This app is the greatest

Choosing puzzles

Great app except that in My Puzzles area where you pay for what puzzles you want to do, they insert puzzle packs that I dislike and you cannot delete them. So annoying.

Crashes my iPad

For some reason, this app causes my screen on my iPad to black out and/or become unresponsive when the orientation of the iPad is switched from portrait to landscape and vice versa.

Gets worse all the time

This used to be my favorite app but it keeps getting worse all the time. Continual pop-ups, some with no way to close other than to close the app completely. Would give minus 5 stars after the latest annoying change. The drum ?music? that blasts from out of nowhere and can only be turned off by closing the app. Did you do this or has a competitor hacked your app.

Loud music playing randomly

I purchased the ad free version years ago and I complete at least one puzzle, sometimes more, everyday. Recently bizarre music starts playing really loud randomly for what seems like forever. Note: no ad is popping up just music is playing. I have all music related settings turned off. I’m about ready to delete app from my iPad and look for a different jigsaw puzzle app.
