Wieder mal eine Verschlimmbesserung!

Seit der kürzlichen Überarbeitung ist die früher übersichtliche App nicht mehr, was es war. Was mich aber vor allem vertreibt, ist, dass die Puzzles nicht mehr iPad-tauglich sind.

Can’t download all puzzles on purchase

I used to be able to download all puzzles in a pack on purchase. That doesn’t work anymore. I have it set to download all, but each puzzle only downloads when I go to play it. I like to play when I’m on a plane, where I probably can’t download, so I need to have them pre-downloaded.

Paid for it and it wants more

I thought paying for the app would mean no more need to purchase puzzles but wrong!

HORRIBLE IT DEPARTMENT

Stop messing with the app!! I’m getting tired of having to wait for customer service to tell me to force close the app or uninstall then reinstall. Obviously I’ve done all this before I contact them. Look at my history then give me an answer to the problem —- oh wait how about fix the problem on the IT end first then let me know what they screwed up yet again. Very disappointed in an app I’ve been using everyday for many years now. Get it together already the game is not relaxing anymore it’s stressful every time I open it and all my coins are missing. I’m missing over 149,000 coins. That’s months of playing puzzles. FIX THE PROBLEM

Best jigsaw app with a variety of nice puzzles.All different kind!

You must get it if are into puzzles the way I am! Customer service has been great when I was confused,but I will admit that computers and I are not very friendly. You were great again thank you for helping me again! I have to update my review I was very happy with customer service for a very long time but for the last recent history I write with a problem and got very poor service I was told the same to force close the app to see if it fixed the problem but I never heard back. Thanks for nothing I am truly disappointed.

Less happy than yesterday

The last update had some really nice features. I had liked the way the pieces were on the side so I could pull out all the ones of a certain color to work on one section at a time. I liked that you could make the puzzle the size I wanted and move it around the table to position it where I wanted. Today I got the new update and all the features I was loving are all gone. I realize you can’t please everyone but I sure with there was a way to get those features back.

Get rid of those STUPID pin boxes NOW!

I have been using this app for years, and aside from the annoying format changes (which I HATE, by the way), it is by far the app I use the most. However, I am extremely frustrated with those seasonal pop up pin boxes. They won’t go away or let me close them no matter how many times I tap the little x on the upper right hand corner! They won’t turn off, and there is no way to opt out of them. They are RUINING my puzzle time on this app! I can’t access my puzzles because that stupid pin box won’t get off my screen. Please fix this asap!

Was your IT person a DEI hire??? Still no correction to the ridiculous format changes. Obviously you couldn’t give a s..t.
