Such a game changer adaptable and easy to use. You can pick and choose your program depending of your level, health problems, equipment and mood. All of the other app seems then useless. Amazing job

Mon corps s’est métamorphosé depuis que je fais du sport avec Jillian Michaels depuis 2 ans maintenant. Les exercices sont bien pensés, pour tous les niveaux et même les timings les plus courts. On peut aussi générer un programme personnalisé pour travailler une partie du corps ou tout le corps et choisir les équipements dont on dispose ou juste le poids du corps à la maison et à la salle. On peut aussi choisir sa playlist. Des menus sont disponibles pour tous les régimes alimentaires. L’application compte des programmes de yoga et méditation et elle est souvent enrichie avec des nouveautés. TOP. Ce sera aussi l’occasion pour vous de réviser votre anglais! JM est un phénomène😉

J’adore cette application. Il faudra simplement choisir son programme et combien de temps on a par jour pour le faire. En plus, on trouvera pleins des recettes adapté à notre vie, et elles sont très bonnes avec un effort minimal. J’ai vu des changement après 2 semaines ! Merci !
Simply amazing, inspiring, motivating and motivational. It’s now my third year using it and I can’t be happier with the app and ... with the results of course ;)

Everything in the title : one of the best app, motivating, inspiring, for every level and every mood
I’ve tried many many fitness apps and nothing beats this one. There is no need to say that Jillian is the best trainer out there, she’s been for years. The app is so well done, you can personalize your workouts, there are so many exercises you never feel like you’re doing the same thing over and over again. There are also really lots of recipes categorized by different eating needs. The app is very complete and well rounded. Seriously, best fitness app you can find. The only problem - it’s not available at Apple TV. Thank you Jillian!
C’est le top du top avec plusieurs programmes que ça soit pour courir 10km, bikini body, etc.. l’application compte également avec plusieurs niveau: débutant, intermédiaire, avancée ainsi qu’avec des menus : végétarien, omnivores etc. Je recommande vivement probablement la meilleure appli pour faire du sport, Jillian vous motive tout au long du parcours. Par contre : non disponible en français.
PROS: -A Jillian F***ing Michaels App!!! -I don’t follow the meal plan religiously but the recipes in there are easy to cook and quite tasty, a good thing when you don’t know what to cook/eat. -I love the workouts and the fact that you can adjust them (difficulty, swapping exercises, equipment, etc) -You can put your own music for the workouts and the bpm changes according to the exercise CONS: -I wish the meal plan was really adapted to our Basal Metabolic Rate -Sometimes the alternative options for some exercises are not great so you have to stick with that exercise you hate -The songs added through Apple Music do not work, so you get an error message while working out (a bit annoying) Before using this app I used MyFitnessPal ; it’s great that the info on MFP appears on JM’s app, but it would be great if the other way round worked as well (or it does, and I don’t know how to do it).
