Great app but not quite upto the mark
Helpful to use the app as it lets you change the temperature of the coffee but doesn’t remember your order.

Disappointing
Unable to turn machine on and off via wifi and also no google home integration.
Terrible app
This app is useless while the machine happily connected to my WiFi the app still refuses to connect so as such is totally useless.
Siri missing
Where is the add to Siri button? I can see the Add to Watch… but Add to Siri isn’t there.
It doesn’t work!!!
My E8 is connected to my network, the app has all the permissions it needs, but it still can’t find the machine. Tried to contact support, they said they would ring back and never did. Thus the expensive WiFi dongle is completely useless :(
Terrible app ‘upgrade’ actually downgrade
Scrolling screen makes this now a worse app, now I can’t go back to what was at least a mediocre but useable app.
Don’t work
This app is useless
Version 3.1.2
App updated itself without warning on iPhone 12. When creating flat white order in S8 machine the 5 bean strength scale now has 10 bean which is not mirrored on machine. So can only assume have to double bean choice to get equivalent strength??? Also order not remembered when finished so have to recreate each time. Alternatively I will continue to use device that still has version 1.3.2 which is OK although doesn’t remember orders.
App ver 3.1.1 with Z6
Since upgrading to 3.1.1 it continually connects and disconnects from the coffee machine making the process of making a coffee very frustrating.
Much worse than the old app
I loved the old Jura app which was very logical and easy to use. The Joe app is terrible by comparison. The coffee offered do not match what my Z6 can make. Very disappointed.
