Nouvelle version très décevante
La nouvelle version de l’application est très décevante car l’option CAFÉ n’existe plus dans les commandes. Il est donc à présent impossible de paramétrer plusieurs options de cafés (quantité de liquide ou intensité de café différentes). Le service client contacté ne répond pas. Très déçu

Bonjour depuis la dernière mise à jour je ne retrouve pas mes recettes pré programmé sur mes choix dans l application. Je n’ai même plus la recette café ?? Merci de me venir en aide
Pratique et ludique
Pratique de pouvoir régler tous les paramètres sur smartphone , et de personnaliser les réglages d’une même boisson de base pour différents utilisateurs , et ludique parce qu à l issue d un repas chacun peut par exemple passer sa commande personnalisée sur smartphone . Cet avis beaucoup positif que les autres est probablement dû à une version de l application enrichie par le développeur, mais je peux confirmer que cela marche bien en octobre 2023
Bien mieux, manque une fonction
L’application est bien meilleure aujourd’hui depuis cette dernière mise à jour. Il est juste dommage qu’on ne puisse pas allumer et éteindre une machine à distance depuis l’application au cas où.
Wifi zéro
Impossible de connecter ma J8 au réseau wifi sur mon iPhone ….. Ma belle jura j8 me dit connecté mais mon iPhone me dit que non 😠😠😠😠
Des fonctionnalités restreintes qui ne fonctionnent pas

Totally erratic connections
I've used my Z10 Signature Line Dark Inox for almost one year now. Nothing to complain about the machine itself. But the app is totally unusable. During the pairing process, the machine manages to connect to the WiFi network one time out of ten and when luckily connected, the app manages to connect to the machine one time out of ten... In most cases, either the machine or the app look for a connection for ever. In one year I've managed to get everything working fine no more than 3 times and for no longer than a couple of days, before either the machine or the app loses the connection. I've given up.
Potentiel non exploité
Je viens d’acheter une E8. L’application à du potentiel mais elle est sous exploitée. L’intérêt principal pour moi est de personnaliser des cafés ce que je ne peux pas faire sur la machine directement. Les gros défauts sont : l’impossibilité de créer des profils qu’on pourrait partager (aucune demande de création de compte est demandé), le non stockage dans le could des réglages. C’est bien mais réveilliez vous chez Jura svp. Nous sommes en 2022. Investissez un peu plus dans les outils digitaux pour vos clients. Je vais continuer à découvrir. Merci
Impossible de conservé la commande
Application sympa dans l’ensemble. Mais pas du tout pratique car la seule chose dont je me sert, elle la commande d’une recette enregistrée de café. Or c’est visiblement la seule chose qui ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de lui faire garder en mémoire une recette. Donc à chaque fois, obligé de recommencer la manipulation. Vraiment dommage. Je vous suggère, d’améliorer ce concept pour l’aboutir à une expérience satisfaisante et de retrouver à chaque connexion ses recettes enregistrées. Cordialement
