Why is direct debit not automatically setup? I will not recommend this card !

If I have forgotten to pay the outstanding balance I get a reminder and don’t usually have to pay a late payment fee.

There appears to have been a recent update and the view has changed completely…. Since then facial recognition seems to take forever to log you in and then every task you try to complete you are met with several minutes of “loading” … complete nightmare.

I have found it very annoying and inconvenient that the only way to verify certain payments is via the app. I do not have banking apps on my mobile for security, they are on an iPad which remains at home. I have had several payments declined when I am out as I am not able to verify them. I spoke to John Lewis Financial Services who agreed that this was annoying but stated it was decided that this was safer than any other verification process. I will now be closing my account as this does not work for me.
