John Lewis Credit Card

Over complicated and your sent from one dept to another . It’s NOT what John Lewis’s was . Their days are numbered . Any company that uses Pulse or Newday as their finanicier , run for the hills

Very irritating that some things don’t work anymore. I assume this is due to an update. For example the link to check direct debit no longer works and if I want to make a manual balance payment it won’t let me. I have to go to the website to do these things

I trie to close the Account paíd off the all amount and after one month I receive another bill of £3 and the account isn’t close it’s a ripoff

I used to have no trouble making a card payment but you have made this much more difficult, prompting my bank to think the transaction is suspect and declining. Can you please sort this? Very annoying.

Difficult to navigate, unhelpful

Poor app. Used to be ok but now have to go through bizarre procedures to pay your bill.

Update: Don’t know what the problem is was but perfect now, suspect it was a phone update and not the app…. Locked out of my account, no facial recognition. Worst bit was I couldn’t remember login since change of finance provider, all I wanted was to pay my bill. 2stars for this, other wise past use of app has been 5*

Very easy to use

My bank is not listed, difficult to make money transfer.

New Day reduced our credit limit by 50% when taking over service for JL. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Never been overdrawn, always paying off balance promptly. Worse still denied increase to credit limit when requested! Not great at all.
