Bought the app a few days back. It was working well at first but yesterday I noticed the app was silent but thought the device had its volume tuned down. Upon investigation it’s not our device. The app just has no sound comping out. £9.99 is a lot for an app that is not working.

So I bought this app after it being recommended by my daughter’s school, I looked to see what iOS version was compatible, and it states 11.0 or later, my daughters has iOS version 12.5.7, but every time we open the app, the mouse appears, then the app switches itself off, it won’t work, I tried app support, but it just says page cannot be found, massively frustrating considering it’s just cost £9.99 for an app my daughter can’t use. I would have give no stars but can’t.
