Great program
Hi. I really like the program and been a fan since they had Jolly phonics extra with the talking pen. I think it the best phonics learning app now. You can choose whether you want British accent or American accent and that pursed the full program. Anyway, I found a few things that I think it might help the team. First is many time I tap to see flashcards and the program stop working and I have to restart the program. And one more thing,I know this program is for young kids but I really hope that we can choose different speeds to listen to. That would be great for foreign adults who want to learnEnglish too. Thank you.

GREAT APP, IF IT WORKED😒
Bought the app a few days back. It was working well at first but yesterday I noticed the app was silent but thought the device had its volume tuned down. Upon investigation it’s not our device. The app just has no sound coming out. £9.99 is a lot for an app that is not working. STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT. MY CHILD IS FRUSTRATED IM FRUSTRATED.
No family sharing
I purchased and downloaded the app on my phone and wanted to share it with my son so that he can use it on his ipad. Although family sharing is enabled, I couldn’t share the app. And there is no information regarding how to do sharing on their website

So I bought this app after it being recommended by my daughter’s school, I looked to see what iOS version was compatible, and it states 11.0 or later, my daughters has iOS version 12.5.7, but every time we open the app, the mouse appears, then the app switches itself off, it won’t work, I tried app support, but it just says page cannot be found, massively frustrating considering it’s just cost £9.99 for an app my daughter can’t use. I would have give no stars but can’t.

It is not working with some pronounce
Like “oa” it is not working with the pronounce with all my gadgets
Keeps Crashing
Poor Support. Very frustrating bug that was promised to be fixed in an October release - still an issue. Do not buy.
