I ordered 5 things only 1 came after 2 and a half months. I proceeded for a refund and after 4 months they declined all 4 items refunds.. never using this platform again don’t get scammed.. also the one item that came was bad quality aswell so don’t bother order from this piece of a crap app.

For me Joom is the most reliable company to buy items online. I never had a problem with them I receive every single order in reasonable short time and if is there some mistake they always pay me back. If you don’t want to lose your money you can buy only from Joom. Buying from other fake company I just lost my money I promise myself never to buy nothing from somebody else but Joom.
