HOW DOES JOYSTER WORK

Joyster helps you gain insights into your physical and mental health, what affects it and how. Track your physical and mental symptoms against activities, exercise, food, and social interactions.

Visualize how your body and mind overlap to identify trends and triggers in your well-being.

For example, if you have OCD, you can track how your compulsions are affecting your obsessions and mental health. If you are bipolar, you can track your mania symptoms against your day to day life.

Joyster uses reflection, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and data to help you understand yourself and build a habit of reflection & self-care.

Understand positive and negative influences, such as activities, foods, exercise, and social interactions. This is key for someone who may be anxious, struggling with panic attacks, or wants to understand their triggers.

This app is amazing! It has helped me track my anxiety, depression, and stomach problems every day. It gave me insights into what was causing my symptoms, and its severity. The insights have given me great action-items to improve my wellbeing, by simply adjusting my routine.

The cost?

An app that’s supposed to help with mental health should be free. You should not have to pay to use this app. Especially because it’s free to begin with and then you have to pay to have access to the app. It’s very stupid and you should not be hiding it behind a paywall. That is a very selfish thing to do.

Help with Healthy Habit Tracking.

I live with chronic illness. This app helps me be accountable and stay aware and on top of my changing symptoms and habits that are helping or hindering me. Since I started using this app… I have found things quite naturally …which have helped me stick to and understand the importance of maintaining habits and taking actions that help me feel better every day!!

APP store suggested it, didn’t realize charge app until downloaded. I didn’t bother activating because I know 1/ I’ll forget to cancel at end of 7 day trual. 2/ check in/journalling doesn’t appeal to me.

It might be useful but who can tell

There isn’t a free option. People dealing with mental health struggles are often met with financial barriers, this is why they cannot seek help. More apps that cost money with no real guarantee to someone struggling, is just frustrating.

Didn’t realize I needed this!

I have started using Joyster and honestly it’s been a game changer. It helps me easily analyze little things in my life that could be affecting my mood or overall health. It takes like 2 minutes tops to do a journal entry three times a day and I get all this feedback. Would recommend for anyone trying to understand their mental or physical health based on day to day experiences, food and lifestyle
