I love this app but I think there should be a test in it to be sure you had a panic attack, because sometimes people don’t really know what it was they felt and describing the feeling doesn’t really help. Great app 100% recommend
Apps easy to understand and use! I like the panic button it makes it easy to get immediate help when panicking the free version isn’t to limited and while the pop ups suggesting the paid version are a little annoying I was pleased to notice they didn’t pop up at all when using the panic button the ability to set daily reminders to journal and to breathe are helping me incorporate mindfulness into my day to day life over all an amazing app and resource
This app is incredible. Before, I’d eye this app and i thought it wasn’t really for me, but now it’s lofe changing (little dramatic but you get it). Recently I’d go through horrible amounts of anxiety and panic attacks, and this app totally helped me get through the hard times. The panick button is everything - i am literally using the techniques I learned from the button to calm myself down. Journal also really helps tracking my healing progress :) Overall, it really improved my self-esteem and perspective, aswell as boosting my confidence! I there wasn’t a trial thing to pay, but if i had the money, I’d definitely do so ❤️👍
As someone w PTSD and mild anxiety, this has really helped. I often struggle doing breathing exercises alone but the guided ones in the app rly help. The panic button is also helpful. My brain kinda shuts down in a panic attack, so the audio helps me as well. I can replay it as many times as I need to until I feel better. Personally, I like following the prompts and the breathing exercise after. But it’s up to you. Either way it’s really helping.
has helped me tremendously with relaxation and anxiety!!! by far the best app i’ve ever used!
Great tools for panic attacks, journaling, CBT content, sleep support, breathing and visualizations. True life saver!
Once you create an acct. There is no option to exit the screen asking for a yearly payment of $59.99 or $79.99 at regular price. Had to go through settings to ensure I wasn’t paying. Download it to become less stressed just to become more stressed.
Thank you for developing this app! It’s clearly made with love and care, and it’s always a welcome soothing presence in my life.
The only reason I am not doing 5 stars is because the advice is not that accurate, it says that nothing bad ever comes from panic attacks and that’s not true at all. Also, it would be really nice if there was a read-aloud on the learning part of it
