writing into a journal it would be great to have a password.
This really helps tracking your moods and helps you re-think your thinking. Help you keep track of the good and bad moods. Only been using it for two days and I give it a thumbs up!
Great app to log my thoughts
Of all the mental health apps this one is free, and it sticks to the basics. I like it and highly recommend it.
As a new person to cbt, the app quiz on the scenario with Lisa was confusing and a form of negative reinforcement when I didn’t correctly identify the situation. Pass on this. There are other cbt apps
