The slowest banking app ever to have used. Sometimes doesn’t work at all. Since past one week it’s not opening so that I can login and I also have deleted and reinstalled

Always make problem, Sometimes to much process for forget password, then bio Matric problem still app not working , Then Now Login Problem can’t login account, Always showing error in correct login details, every bad bank service, Jazz Cash and Easy Paisa App also good even small services but very good working good no problem no issue,

Since last 4 days the app doesn’t open at all, when i open the app it doesn’t go any further then Al Habib Badge (Lion Logo) it just stays there. Furthermore, being an overseas Pakistani this app is the only way i can access my account and with there latest “SECURITY UPGRADES” i.e. signing in with registered device i cannot log in using any other device and if i get other devices registered i will not b able to unregister it and thats a security issue. Plz fix it ASAP

Very bad app and bank totally fedup with there bank services and app.. they blocked ky account 7 months ago due to wrong password and i am calling them a-lot of time they said came to bank branch when i go and open account again they said now your account will run but it didn’t due to this from 7 months i am not able to do any transactions …ver disappointed..suggest to every one don’t open account there..

Most of time application won’t function properly. Face ID with iPhone never work. Whenever you try to add beneficiary the app will throw error saying invalid from account and worst part is there is no option to select from account on the screen and why we need to select from account for adding new beneficiary. Bank must change app development team. It seems like they are not professionals. They should replace their tech team with some good professionals. Whenever you have emergency to send funds exactly same time app won’t work. Plus, always on weekends it never works.

Don’t open anyone who live outside Pakistan bez this bank app now become very carzy if you outside Pakistan you can’t use this app you can’t check money in your account you can’t transfer money bez they need now to open you account by registration number call we don’t have that because we live outside Pakistan how we can get registration number receive OTP o call I am customer with Habib bank from from seven year

Recently I Opened a Roshan Digital Account in 15 Minutes Literally after 5 Minutes i got a call from The Bank. It was so easy for me to open a bank account and the Representative was so humble and Calm. App Was smooth. I love this app

Pathetic Bank

The worst application and banking experience. I urge people don't use this application. I am trying from week to get my login reset. No call center is calling back every they are saying arranging call back but no one is calling. I change my cell phone want to login but not accepting the credentials. For reset password need to connect call center their they will arrange call but you will not receive any call. I have other banks but this is the worst one experience. I will take out all my money and will close my account. Only headic bank Al Habib banking.
