after a new update,i can’t open the game. loading stops at 40%. fix it, please

Поставила 1 звезду, потому что игра стала хуже некуда. Я не получила приз, за соревнование на прошлой неделе, написала в службу поддержки, и не один раз, мне даже не ответили. Мало того, что призы стали просто смешные, вы их еще и зажимаете. Ваша новая 3х дневная система соревнований, и время из завершений, просто отстой, у всех у нас работа, семьи и свои дела, заходить в игру в 2 часа ночи получить приз мы не можем, п утром призов уже нет, они якобы получены. Верните старую 1 дневную систему. И исправьте все глюки, играть стало просто невозможно, на фб сплошные жалобы, и отвечайте на жалобы людей а не игнорируйте их!И пожалуйста верните мне мои призы, иначе я просто брошу играть, и вы лишитесь очередного игрока, который совершает покупки за наличные деньги.

I don’t know what is happening with the server but it’s not possible to play. Every time the game is freezing.

Sound is glitchy
I JUST downloaded the game, lkke yesterday, and today, all of a sudden, the sound starts sounding wierd. Did some research, and apparently, it’s an ongoing issue. Not worth the DL, if the game team are unable to fix this.

I like this game but the goals are mostly impossible. I don’t have money to make purchases so I don’t complete a lot of tasks.
Gaslighting customer service
Why do games that have an ineffective customer service expect you to give them money?! No place to submit bug reports or trouble tickets you… I had it disabled for asking once for help?!? Same problem … but they have a bot for customer service and then you wait for no improvement. 1. They have a spinner 2. You do tasks to fill the spinner 3. One of the tasks is to do puzzles while the discount is ineffective that reduces the energy ⚡️15 to ⚡️10. It doesn’t work and never acknowledges it when it happens.
Freezes
I’ve tried everything but game continually freezes. I also play pearls peril and have no problem with that game. I’ve about given up on this game
