June's Journey: Hidden Objects

This has always been one of my favourite games, until today when my game now crashes before it even fully opens ; thanks to a buggy link in the weekly e-mail about the daily gifts in the webstore. From what I’m hearing, I’m not alone. Several other people are finding themselves shut out too. FIX THE BUGS!

On August 10 I was double charged for a June’s Huge Present Box ($24.99) and I was refused a refund for the second one. There is a glitch in your system because there is no way I would have purchased two of the same thing especially when I’m cautious about my egame spending. This has happened before and was corrected so I would ask that you honour my refund request. I am a good customer and I have enjoyed June’s Journey for quite some time making many purchases. However given my huge dental bills this year every penny spent on frivolous items is weighed carefully. Please don’t make me end my journey with your app on a sour note because I’ve lost trust in your billing process. Please refund me $24.99. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I now have 4 cozy courtyards. It would be nice to get different prizes on the challenges than the same repeated win. I have multiple items of the same prizes also that has been happening since I started the game. Other than that its a pretty good game.

Stop with the crashing on ads

This used to be a great game but has slowly evolved into a game only for players willing to spend money. The most recent change integrates a lacklustre side game into all aspects of the game , replacing valued rewards with useless tokens. In my opinion, the game has been ruined.

Current Review There was an update last week, I’ve been playing since. So far everything has been running smoothly. I have changed my one star review to a five star. Thank you Wooga for fixing the issue so quickly! Previous Review I’ve been playing for years. For the past month I have been kicked out. I will be in the middle of a game or providing a drink or just moving from one tab to another and the app shuts down. My iPad is well above above required software version. I recently updated to June’s Journey update. It is very frustrating! I have spent lots of time and money! If I’m not able to play anymore, I want to be reimbursed for all the purchases I have made! I enjoy playing this game every day and I’m on a team with my two cousins. Please advise so I start playing again and give this game a five star! Thank you!

The ads for the game show things that aren’t even in the game. There are no "find 10 cats" or whatever. I reached level 1246 and suddenly I have to spend actual money to buy their tickets to bypass waiting instead of watching an ad. My friend is on level 1846 and doesn’t have this issue. I can’t hatch my egg or continue in the "help wanted" files without just waiting it out. I can’t watch an ad so it's only 10 instead of 15 energies to play a scene. What's going on? I'd sooner delete the whole game than have to spend my actual cash to have fun with friends.

Just did the update, hoping problems I’ve been having for months would be resolved. No such luck. Still have to log in with Facebook every time I open the game, even if I only leave for a minute to check a message. Also, the sound still keeps going crazy, like jittery. Been my favourite game for years, but this is getting really frustrating.

All the new features were causing my 6 year old device to crash, so I contacted customer service. They sent me device management advice (which is above and beyond good service in my book) and said they would look into the problem. It took them a little while to fix, but now it’s working again! YAY! Thank you for this fun game where I can play for free, have option to purchase if I want things, responsive friendly customer service, and techs who know their stuff.
