June's Journey

I have been enjoying this game now for a while, and thought the vault of diamonds for £19.99 was great. But last three occasions only got the vault full of coins for £49.99? Unless I have the choice to what full vault I would prefer, think I will take a break. Don’t think the choice is random as other players I know up till now always get diamonds. Update…..I have had a prompt pleasant reply from Wooga support team. Really hope this gets sorted🤞as I really enjoy this game. Since writing last review, am still only being given a coin vault, friend of mine always given diamond vault? Think it would be fairer for players to be given a choice each time of Diamonds or Coins vault (considering the price difference too)

I have been playing for some time and like the storylines and game as a whole , however the bad points to decorate the Island some things take up to 5 days which is far too long and you can’t progress. Flowers should be more readily available. Secrets is good but should let you carry over to the next scene. You can struggle with other side games as can’t build quickly enough to finish so is disheartening.

Hi gamers, the game it self is nice, but if you’ll have an issue don’t expect help from customer service! They are rubbish, not helping at all, I’m talking from my personal experience! I had an issue with the club I’ve created. So, I was the President of the club but after logging out and then back in the Presidency was passed to another player. I’ve checked that on notification to see what the flipp but nothing in there shows This Action. Chat straight away with customer service and all they saying to send screenshot’s where it is written i was demoted! Wait what? How? If that it’s a software issue from your side??? They not helping without! So decided to stop playing this game! Now I have more time to spend with my family ! If you look to play this game without having help from customer service and you fine with that go ahead, if not reconsider.

Really use to enjoy this game, unfortunately I had to upgrade its not as good, there’s many more items to find you can’t see them!! Your leader board marks are lower, it’s using up more energy, it takes so long to gain more land, instead of adding more games which use up your purple Gems etc it would be better to concentrate on the main Island game.. I may be deleting this game again.. sad as it was a good game to start with..

Thought This was a brilliant game till it scammed me out of my reward through Freecash where you play levels and get paid and the last bit I have been told that they have taken the offer away not happy.

Played for years and suddenly last few weeks the app constantly crashes, tried to contact support and just go round in circles as none of it works.

2weeks ago I would have given this game 5 stars plus. I’ve been playing daily for years without any issues or problems BUT for the last couple of weeks it has crashed every time I try to do things other than using the energy for finding objects. Now I’m almost at the stage of, very sadly, deleting the game. So frustrating and disappointing after so many years of following June on all her adventures .

iPad, app continually crashes making it impossible to play. I have tried everything to remedy this but sadly nothing works. Will be deleting the app. I have invested a lot of money in June’s journey, poor customer service. I also see that the “offers” have now exponentially increased.

Love playing game but for some reason I keep getting kicked out of game please fix it .thank you

Can no longer play the side games due to being thrown out each time I try. I have been told that IPad is too old but as it works for everything else I will not be buying another. I will continue to play the main game as long as I can and see how it goes. It’s a shame that there are so many side games on at the same time as I do wonder if that’s causing the issue.
