I loved this app, but a month or so ago they changed it to a subscription service. The whole point of the app was to help underrepresented people learn about finances for free. Now that’s no longer an option. Also the last update lost all my progress. Unfortunately, I’ll be deleting.
This app is incredible…if you’re based in the UK. As an American I found a lot of the information irrelevant, especially the section on student debt. Unfortunately, American student borrowers face a much harsher loan repayment environment than our British peers, and this app doesn’t address that reality. But, overall I really like the pacing of the course, the app design and user experience, the advice, and how the course addresses systemic inequality. It’s easy to follow along and very empowering!
Honestly feels like a game-changer for me. Just like how the app is made, and how the info on money is bundled. Great quality videos, and super relevant to-do’s. Would recommend.
