Très commerciale et pousse à la consommation. Lors du processus de paiement pour une place de parking, l'application propose des vouchers puis deux fois (deux fois !!) une assurance 😳 ce qui me semble abusif. Attention vous refusez « à vos risques et périls » Bonjour l’état d’esprit. L’ensemble fait beaucoup de clics inutiles pour finalement payer une place de parking au milieu de la nuit, car l'application n'utilise pas les horaires du parking. Petite arnaque mais arnaque.

Made a booking, paid 140£ for it. No parking spot was available at the booked location. Called and despite promise to refund instantly, no money has arrived yet and support is talking about 14-day refund or app credit which I do not need.

Facile d’utilisation. Tellement moins cher au final qu’un parking traditionnel dans Londres (80 payés contre 400 estimés en parking traditionnel sur 6 jours) Pour ma part, j’ai eu une indication de parking privé dans un parking public. Je m’y suis rendu et j’ai pris un ticket comme tout utilisateur. C’est juste qu’en récupérant ma voiture six jours plus tard, j’ai dû appuyer sur le bouton d’appel de la barrière au lieu de payer, et j’ai donné mon numéro de réservation pour que le garde m’ouvre. Tout simplement. Good job !

Just Park actively support the owner cancelling your parking for major events shortly before it’s due then re advertising the parking spot at considerable more. Avoid.

Organised well in advance a parking space for central London, turned up and found all the spaces were occupied, the best alternative they offered was 1.5 miles away which meant a very long walk to where I needed to get to - I had no choice to take this offer. The replacement parking was an abandoned patch of land with cars that had been broken into. To add insult to this their clueless offshore ‘helpline’ still charged me, they said they would send a voucher for the trouble which never arrived. Do not rely on this company

Found the app unusable. It completely locks up when I try to input my payment details. In the end I just had to go park somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

I booked a parking spot at a carpark. But was handed a PCN anyway. The providers claimed they use a different system. This was eventually resolved but I’m now weary of using this
