Doesn‘t accept German Visa Card. Customer service is a robot total useless for visitors

Vorsicht!!!

Ich würde dringend davon abraten mit dieser App einen Parkplatz über längere Zeiträume zu buchen. Ich habe einige hundert Pfund verloren weil die App so dermaßen bedienerunfreundlich ist und keine Fehler verzeiht. Auf meine Anfragen kommen keine Reaktionen.

Eigentlich gute Idee …

aber schlecht umgesetzt. UI der App generell sehr umständlich. Im Speziellen wird die Eingabe eines deutschen Kennzeichens abgelehnt.

It’s a ridiculous idea to make parking via this app. It took me 20 minutes to set everything up. Such a waste or time

Zahlungsabwicklung über Kreditkarte und PayPal nicht möglich

Habe diese App für einen Aufenthalt in London genutzt. Da kein Parkscheinautomat vor Ort war. Trotz bestehenden Accounts war eine Zahlung per Kreditkarte als auch mittels PayPal nicht möglich. Nach mehreren Versuchen gab es eine Bestätigung, das eine Parkplatzbuchung vorliegt, ohne dass die lokale Parkraumüberwachung informiert wurde. Antwortzeiten des Kundenservice teilweise 5 Tage.

Does not simply use in-app purchases. You have to create an account and the only payment method is credit card.

It's the first time I've used this app my car was just as I left it. Well worth the price and piece of mind knowing you don't have to worry about your car. Excellent

Great App and Service

First time I used this on London.it worked perfectly and the local personnel at Barbican park house provided super service
