I booked a spot close to my home for two weeks. I checked the reviews for the website before booking thinking they were valid but clearly they weren’t.
I contacted the owner of the spot and they claim it doesn’t even exist. So now I am unable to get a full refund due to it being less then 24 hour notice of reservation. But I booked the reservation for immediate access so that doesn’t make any sense.
Now I am unlikely to receive a refund and they have some persons parking spot on their website that isn’t even legitimate. Very frustrating. And it’s not cheap! DONT USE THIS APP
Doesn’t appear to accept Canadian Credit Cards
Tried to use this app to pay for parking at a Hiking trailhead in Snowdonia, Wales. The only option for parking is to pay using this app. Downloaded app and filled out every possible field, only to find it wouldn’t accept any of our Visa cards. Got the same error for each card saying that we had entered incorrect or incomplete details. If the app is not equipped to handle international credit cards, then it should clearly state that rather than let users move through the process only to be frustrated by the same error over and over.
I got scammed
Someone using the app gave the impression they owned the spot they’re renting out. They did not. My car got towed and I now have to deal with charges from the city as well. I’ve paid hundreds of dollars to deal with this. Please don’t use. The app doesn’t do enough to protect consumers from scammers

My go-to booking park
I have used JustPark multiple times for various parking needs, including airport parking, people's driveways, and hotel parking near the airport. I have never had any issues with booking or damage to my car. I always compare parking prices and consistently find the best value for money with JustPark, whether I choose a location with CCTV, which I often prefer, or a safe street in someone's driveway. I find the service to be reliable, and I highly recommend it.
Don’t drive to London without this app
I wouldn’t ever consider a trip to London without first booking my car into a JustPark space. There is always one wherever I go, takes all the stress of trying to find somewhere to park and so competitive. My favourite app for living a stress free life!

App is very handy to have on your phone.
Parking app is very handy to have on your phone. Whenever, whenever you just search by postcode of the nearest location and get the options in a 3 mile radius. So you park on your own choice and parking charges whichever suits you best.
DOESNT WORK
I paid to park in a car park using this app and still received a fine, appealed with proof of my payment through this app and still got given the fine, do not use
