Unable to log in. Buttons to tap are not functioning

I’ve been trying for a week. To get into this app to work. Smh it’s working good now . I’m happy

App Doesn’t Work

The app does not work at all. It was a great app when it did function. Hopefully the app will be updated soon.

Kind’ve convenient when it works

I’ve missed a few classes from being unable to see schedule changes on my phone I can’t consistently carry a laptop with me throughout my day to day life. Also anytime a notification pops up at the bottom you have to close the app and reopen it. Overall it’s pretty horrible.

Rarely works

App used to work fairly well, but lately I cannot get past the login screen. It will sit unresponsive and not allow me to submit my info. The login works on their site and on my sons' computers. It is an app error.

The app

It’s the worse app I have ever had to deal with. I must delete it every day about 30 or more times depending on how many times I have to look at my documents I have send them. Can’t even tell if the school is any good since I haven’t been able to enroll my son yet. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

Just did the update from yesterday

Still can’t sign into the app. What’s going on?!

This app used to be super helpful for managing schedules. It does not work currently though.

Doesn’t even work

Normally it’s a great app but it hasn’t been working since before school started. I’ve been trying to log in for 5 days. Gives some kind of error message. When I log in it doesn’t recognize my account. I’ve been a LC for 3 years so I know I have an account and I know my account info. I’ve deleted and reinstalled like 4 times. K12 customer service has been no help. I get kicked off the chat option, I’ve sent emails with no response, and the wait time when I call is ridiculous.

App not working this year

My app was working fine until a few days ago. I’ll leave an update once I figure out what in the world is going on! I think tech support is going to get a call and maybe I’ll be able to share what I learn. I see others are having problems too. We ARE in this together! Parents and coaches .. we got this!
