I lost my credit card in a taxi.. As a foreigner you have 0 option to contact support of even get any information in English. It is 2024, with AI LLM it is very easy to provide multilingual help… So use this app, but make sure that you NEVER need any support… Even if you get assaulted you couldn’t contact anything. A shame.

The driver was yelling at me and was hitting violent the seats because I do not understand Korean. This is not the first time I meet some impolite and rude drivers with this app but this time, the driver took advantage of the fact to charge me 18.700 won instead of the amount displayed: 8.700 won with my credit card. I was shocked and traumatized because of the behavior of the driver. The customer service did not help me at all and does not help you if you do not speak Korean, they even tell you to restart all the process (with a chatbot all in korean and you cannot copy/paste everything, it is a chance I can read Korean…) using a translator to chat. Nobody helped me they even told me to contact the driver to ask a fare adjuster while I contacted them because the driver was violent…. They told me to contact again a man who was yelling at me like an animal and who was violent… Kakao T do not do anything for you. I do not recommend this app. From now, I will use UT (UBER) and even in Japan I am really satisfied I never got any problems.

Need to much things , please delete barriers for foreigners

택시는 문제가 안되는데 맵이 문제임.

하지를 말라고!!!!!!! 자동업데이트 말고 선택하게 해달라고요!! 바빠서 택시타는 건데 오류나서 20분을 낭비함

거리도 멀면서 본인이 가겠다고 5분 이상 거리에있는거 잡아선 와놓고 내가 가장 빠르게 가는 길로 선택한 길로 가지도 않고 지멋대로 길 개척해서 오래걸리는 ㄱ길 갈거면 추천 경로는 왜 만들어놓은거임 내가 원하는 길로 빨리 가고싶어러 선택했는데 지 멋대로 길 갈거면 그런 기능을 만들질 말던가 늦어서 택시타려고 한건데 이럴거면 걍 늦을거같다 말하고 버스타고갔지 진짜 이럴때마다 개스트레스 받음

빠르게 목적지에 가기위해 택시를 타는건데 엄청 멀리 있는 택시랑 매치 시켜줘서 취소하면 며칠동안 어플을 사용하지 못하게 하는게 넘 별로에요 그리고 기사님 리뷰도 적기 불편하게 되어 있어요
