6) Contact will be used as the telephone information when you request a product.

最初のカカオトークでログインみたいなの押すとSafariに移ってカカオトークをインストールって出てきてApple Storeに飛ばされる。 それの繰り返しで登録する画面が一生写らない。 アプリ消しても無理。私だけ？対処法ないのか、、カカオトークインストールしてるのに、
ぼったくられました
星の価値もつけたくありません。最悪です。言葉の通りの意味ですが、トランクの荷物取り出す前に出発してしまい、持ってきたと思ったら配達費だとか言われ2万w盗られました。運転手自体は悪いことをしている自覚があるようです。非常に気分が悪いです。信用できません。2度と使いません。
5人のりタクシーの手配が困難
直接支払いを選択できる一般タクシーの大型は、呼べるタクシーが近くに無い表示になってしまう。他の5人乗り(ベンティ)はクレジット登録が要だかわ韓国国内のクレジットカードしか登録できない。 結果、手配ができず地下鉄で移動しなければいけない状況だった。

일반 호출 하면 분명히 가까이 택시 있는데 일부러 멀리 있는 택시 연결해주거나 택시 없다고 난리치고 블루로 호출해도 처 멀리있는 택시 연결함 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그러면서 돈은 있는대로 받아 처먹음 보니까 기사님들한테 수수료도 많이 떼가는거같은데 쓰레기가 따로 없음 :) 근데 업계 장악해서 안 쓸수도 없음 매번 이용할때마다 저혈압 치료됨
迷惑メール
カカオタクシーを登録する前に、まずカカオトークをインストール&登録しなくてはいけないのはどうかと思う。この２つのアプリにメールアドレス登録後から、毎日のように詐欺メールが届くようになった。本当に迷惑。個人情報漏れます。気をつけてください。 配車アプリ自体はとても便利だった。 ただ、配車の要請後に、何人かのドライバーから韓国語でチャット連絡があったが、韓国語が分からず困った。結局来てくれず、別のドライバーが配車された。翻訳機能もついていたら便利かな。
アプリを開始できない。
アプリをインストール後、カカオトークでログインしようとしてもエラーになってしまいます。（エラー500？） 以前、使用してとても便利だったので 早く直してほしいです。
수정 필요하다고 수십번을 고객센터 요청해도 매크로답변이 끝인데
한국 안에서도 피융신 같이 서비스 되는데 일본이라고 먹히겠어??? 겆2같은 카카오택시 기사들 교육과 관리 제대로 못할거면 애초에 서비스 시작을 하지 말지...
앱을 켜고 택시를 누르면 앱이 닫힙니다.
이게 언제부터 그랬는지 모르겠는데 택시를 사용할 수가 없네요... 카카오택시가 택시가 안 되면 어쩌라는 건가요~~ 사용할 수 없는 앱이네요.
