This Bank have bad service for customers. They freezer the account of some customers no reason.

kpay is very bad application and service is too bad, worse.
Freezing bank accounts
Shame on you KBZ bank for unfairly freezing accounts.
Unworthy bank in Myanmar
The bank failed to comply with the full set of standards regarding the customer relationship and more importantly, the financial management.
