Bad service

Many Kpay accounts served by KBZ bank were frozen. Those Kpay account holders don't violate any rules but the responsible person from KBZ bank freezes those accounts. Although the account holders asked why their accounts were frozen, responsible persons from KBZ bank cannot give any valid reasons. This act is unacceptable as an ordinary citizen. KBZ is responsible to solve this issue soon. Without valid reasons, freezing accounts is a bad customer service. Shame on you, KBZ bank.
