The worst apps & services i’ve ever seen. App keep crashing

App will not launch on IOS 16.

Top up did not recieve

Poor customers service. Service response is just waiting 24h to reports even customers need help urgently. Wasting customer time and will never use any KBZ service anymore.

Poor customer service and privacy issues

No protect customers and don’t follow the standard rules and regulations. Shameful app and not recommended to install it.

Your Money is not safe with KBZ!!!

KBZ has no business ethics and don’t care customer rights.Your money is not safe with KBZ!!There are many other mobile payment options in Myanmar like AYA pay,CB pay and many others.Never ever trust KBZ or you will regret!

Freezing the customer account for no reason !

They freeze my kpay account for no reason. When i asked they said my account have a lot of transitions so they freeze. I am working with account and i lose a lot of profit . Shame of U KBZ bank !

Not reliable app

Kbz pay don’t care customer’s privacy. They share users info and freezes the users money whenever and whatever they want. They are not reliable anymore and don’t care any policies they applied.

Failed to protect customers’ privacy and personal data

Leaking personal data. Doesn’t care about customers rights. There’s no protection over privacy data. Do whatever they want with customers pay accounts including money inside the pay accounts. Bankers with no ethics.
