Bad connection. Call very robotic and unclear

Just eats up your credit

This has become a scam like as it eats up your credit despite calls not going through. It will even randomly ring to a recorded message god knows where on earth it is So i wouldnt waste any cent on this any further.

Will not make calls.

“Sorry we are unable to connect your call at this time”. Is the constant message- I’m in credit so the app does not work- don’t bother with it.

Feedback..

The app works better for two to three minutes, after that it repeats the conversation over and over again. You have to keep dialling after every 2 minutes😂

Waste of money

Gave it a very fair go over a few years and they always try to fix things up but the uncertainty of your call remaining connected and having to call back is no good. If i dont talk ok but if i do shuts down after about 1 min the lower cost doesnt do it and if you see my previous comments i was supportive. Sorry this app is not something you can rely on and there nusr be better in this day and age. Appreciate they respond to issues bur enough is enough and will be deleting when my credit is used. I am just being honest i wish it had worked better but it doesn't

Constant disconnects

I called the UK last week and was disconnected 6 times in the one call! After anything between 1 min and 10 minutes each time I redialed.

No connection

I only call the UK , cheap enough, but it takes a long time to gain a connection & each time my credit is reduced, think it could be a bit of a scam

Very poor

The call quality is good, the sound is very clear on both ends, however, I have to call people repeatedly because the system either ends the call abruptly or plays back the conversations to me. I have to end the call and call them back. Each of these calls are usually for like 2-3 minutes before it gets interrupted. I’ve used the app both in Australia and in Germany, still the same result. The developers need to work on this cus it’s extremely annoying.

Don’t not use your money on this application. Calls will not work. 100% Scam.

I love the fact that it exists because it is super easy and cheap for me to talk to my family abroad. highly recommended.
