Thought I purchased the one off cheap package, only to find out I was charged 40 euro at end of month without knowing why. Went through the sign up procedure from a different device and they are not clear on the charges so easy to miss out. Shame because the games were good, but beware as I think this is a scam

I saw their add on Facebook, they’ve shown only 1 price, no terms described, I’ve paid about 7 eur and then I get an email to my inbox that the trial period is 7 and after the trial period they will charge me 40 eur monthly!! Before I read this email I’ve purchased printables on their page, paid about 30 eur. Nothing arrived to my inbox! When I contacted support they’ve sent me non working link for the printables and after that I am contacting them for several days already - no answer! Stay away from these fraudsters!!
Most of the games show up as requiring WiFi connection when clearly it’s not a WiFi problem. Worksheets appear as available 1 second and then next second show that they require internet connection. I had the same issue at the past and I contacted them but they didn’t provide any help whatsoever. I ended up having a subscription for a year with even less than 1/5 of the games available. I tried it again now with the free version (1 week for free) and the same thing happens. Poor customer support and definitely not a trustworthy app.

Both my two year-old and three-year-old children love this app. They specifically enjoy the puzzle games and the tracing games. This app has taught my child new words, new logic skills, how to count and their alphabet. We enjoyed this for 30 minutes every day as part of our learning routine at home. I would highly recommend this to anyone with small children when love games to learn.
My toddler really enjoys the activities & is learning more with each use.
our 2 year old not only knows her numbers and letters but, thanks to Keiki, she can read them. It was so fun doing advent calendars this holiday season because we would say the date and she would point it out. I’m so impressed with this app.
I downloaded this app and never used it , canceled amd they still charged for a month. I took it to apple and they did not refund me the $10 because I had no evidence so now I have to screenshot every time i download or cancel and app or get a free trial. My kid didn’t even like the first 15 minutes of working through the app. Definitely geared towards older kiddos not 2+.
