Just the same case as other users reported, this apps keep on charging the subscription fee although we have unsubscribed after trial. The CS just offered you the lifetime plan but insisted to charge you the fee. Don’t use it, not worth trying as it the charging fee is high after trail.
The link in the app didn’t work at all. FB ad says it’s for children up to 7 years old but the contents are just too babyish…I want a refund as well.
Don’t fall for this SCAM! I cancelled the subscription WITHIN the 7-day free trial but I was still charged for a 6-month subscription. I was informed by their agent that there will be no refund according to their policy. I don’t see the point of offering a FREE trial if they were going to charge the client regardless. 說好七天試用期，我第二天就取消了，但還是被支收了六個月的費用，聯繫他們想要退款，他們說公司規定不能退款，還讓我改買終生計劃，這就是騙錢的！

Both my two year-old and three-year-old children love this app. They specifically enjoy the puzzle games and the tracing games. This app has taught my child new words, new logic skills, how to count and their alphabet. We enjoyed this for 30 minutes every day as part of our learning routine at home. I would highly recommend this to anyone with small children when love games to learn.

I downloaded this app and never used it , canceled amd they still charged for a month. I took it to apple and they did not refund me the $10 because I had no evidence so now I have to screenshot every time i download or cancel and app or get a free trial. My kid didn’t even like the first 15 minutes of working through the app. Definitely geared towards older kiddos not 2+.
