Très bonne application pour un régime keto, les aliments sont à rédiger en anglais, très simple d’utilisation et recettes délicieuses pour les vrais adeptes du régime keto!
Free to fill in a survey, 21$ / month to use it.
Free to download, not free to use. They let you fill in a huge survey, and at the end you need to select a payment plan. The way users are misinformed is a reason for me not to consider to pay for this service.

The app looks really good , to bad you have to pay for it. I would recomend it more if it was free. The payment wont work so i cant use the app .. so a little dissapointed

A must have for beginners and experienced keto diet lovers
So I downloaded the app, expecting a simple calorie tracker tailored slightly toward the keto diet. What I got was an easy to use, well designed, full of features app. But the best thing, you have a coach that monitors you closely. For example he saw I liked coffee and proactively suggested some awesome keto things you can do with that. I have tried the diet before, but struggled to keep within my macros. Too much protein, not enough fat.. The keto diet is great, but it requires some focus the keep track of it all. This app makes it super easy.
