It helps alot
This apps is really amazing helps when you are running out of ideas and the tracking help to keep you on track. Really helpful and keeps me motivated.
Preset poor app
The app is pretty generic and not personalized really. I’m a vegetarian and I’m the questioner I was asked about food preferences but most of my meal recommendations were meat based. There isn’t easy meals, most require cooking. And too many notifications throughout the day to read articles.
SCAM - Pay first - it’s a subscription only app
This app gathers all of your information which is time consuming and only then asks for money.
Expensive
This app is expensive to use and there is no 30day free trails to even see if it works
My Keto Experience
Started the Keto way 6 months ago using the Keto App. Follow it quite strictly and read all of the very pertinent insights. It a fantastic App and I found it quite easy to go away from the carb loaded food. I lost 12kg and thoroughly enjoyed the journey. It’s a great App. GET IT, you will not regret it. 👍
No free features
I hate that I had to do the whole setup and fill in all my personal info before the app requested the subscription amount. I was looking for a free app or atleast one with some free features and a pro mode

Used
I downloaded the app. Filled in ALL MY PERSONAL INFO , just to be blocked and forced to pay ... that's wrong. You should ask people to pay , before you steal their info.
Price is not correct
Says R159.00 and charges R359.00 by the time you have gone thru the whole application.
