The use of the app and the transactions executed through the app are governed by the terms and conditions of use. By downloading this app you declare to agree with those terms and conditions of use.
The app is slow and often takes ages to load. To store IBAN contacts you must first create them on a desktop computer. You cannot create IBAN contacts in the app.
Sometimes if you move money from Keytrade savings account to Keytrade current account it doesn’t show until the next day. It should be instant when it is an internal transfer. This especially happens in the evening and at weekends. Transfers to other bank accounts are also very slow.
If you use the VISA element of your card rather than Bancontact the transactions do not show up in your account for days so you never know for sure how much money you have in your account.
There is no Apple Pay integration for the card.
