App crashes

The app crashes each time I want to search for a beneficiary. So I can’t really use the app anymore…

Good improvements…some functionality still missing

Nice upgrade @Keytrade! Further suggestions: -On iPhone after clicking on a stock, on the new screen you have to scroll down below sell/buy buttons to find ‘instrument details’ button -provide link to instrument transactions with info on last sales/buys and dividends per instrument (rather than having to look them up on chronological Transactions tab) - why no date(s) of purchase in ‘detail of position’ tab? - why no analyst coverage summary or average on Analysis tab? - I liked the total/performance by market better at the top than below, but that’s a matter of taste … - your GE graphs are still wrong. They did not do a split but a spin off so the share price did not drop by 66% after the spin off, it rose.

Apple Pay 🥲

Banque gratuite et qui paye pour qu’on y reste. C’est déjà pas mal mais le manque d’Apple Pay est exaspérant !

Très mauvais

Comment cette application peut avoir cette note moyenne? C'est nul nul nul. Si vous voulez valider une transaction en ligne sur le téléphone, vous devez prendre une photo du qr code avec un autre téléphone pour pouvoir scanner avec l'application. Confirmer le compte Payconiq est impossible car l'application ne marche juste pas. Nul

Update non fonctionnel

Bugge depuis le dernier update l’appli se coupe quand on veut rentrer un iban

Trop de bugs

C’est mon application bancaire principale et malgré la nouvelle mise à jour qui a changé son design, il y a encore beaucoup de bugs. Souvent quand on se connecte ça tourne dans le vide et il est impossible d’ouvrir l’app. C’est très agaçant !

Trop de buts

Souvent des petits bugs, notamment lors de la connexion. C’est inacceptable de la part d’une banque uniquement en ligne, de plus que c’est la que j’y ai la plupart de mes comptes.

Cette application n’est pas accessible sur l’iPhone avec VoiceOver

Dont le paramètre de toutes mes cartes, les différentes options ne sont pas réglables.

Nice refresh - some suggestions

Update #1: next to initial suggestions below - please correct trading view where looking on security historical performance: +/- button overlaps with 2y view 1. Add possibility to make accounts visible/non-visible. 2. Add missing "Scan" button inside the app. If you are already in the app and want to use Scan to login to webportal in laptop - you need to first exit the app on the phone, restart it - scan for laptop login and only then login in the app. Not so clever 3. Consider itsme for logins? 4. Add transfer notifications 5. Add Apple Pay support 6. Add instant transfers

Je kiff la dernière mise à jour (v6) Now please could you get on to: faceID, Apple Pay, Payconiq. That and the mortgage balance consultation could be a bit better integrated to the bank and trade functions of the app.
