One of the worst banking apps available. Full of bugs. Most of the time the scan QR code function fails to work meaning using an alternative card from another bank. App is old and limited in usability.

Bad customer support, bad app
Steer clear - customer support is slow to respond and slow to resolve issues. The app is riddled with bugs, and not intuitive.
App currently not working
Fed up with promises to fix over email that have not been resolved in three weeks.
Good daily baking app. Useless trading app.
Easy to use banking app. Trading app marred by the hundreds of hoops one must jump through just to place an order including an examination on your trading and investment knowledge before any order may be placed. A market order to buy one share in any company was impossible ( I tried many times for years). Instead I moved to one of the many fintech platforms catering to retail investors. Keytrade telephone support doesn't exist, because nobody has ever answered the phone.
Pas possible d'utiliser l'application Payconiq
Incroyable ! Pas possible de faire des paiements 'entre amis' avec QR code (Payconiq). En plus, régulièrement quand je veux faire un paiement sur un site web sur mon iPhone et que je demande de valider via l'Apo, j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dit que l'App n'est pas installé, ce qui est faux.

Cannot create a new softkey on a new device because Keytrade app shows error message after completing identification via itsme.

De app werkt niet altijd. Soms zijn hun servers zo traag dat de app crasht. Essentiële features missen. Menselijke service is een ramp.
Crashe et ne dispose pas d’autorisations suffisantes
Quand on tape un nom dans la recherche de destinataires l’appli crashe, idem quand on tape un iban. On est obligé d’ajouter tous les destinataires dans le répertoires pour pouvoir faire un paiement. Depuis les autres app, impossible de cliquer sur payer avec l’application, le bouton ne répond pas. Bref appli quasi inutilisable
Limité
L’app fait le job, c’est clair mais pas de virement instantané, pas d’Apple Pay et quand on doit valider un paiement en ligne depuis son téléphone, l’app ne se lance pas. Il faut initier la transaction depuis un autre appareil pour scanner le code. Dommage.
Depuis mise à jour juin 2024
watchlist disparaît couramment, pour une raison inconnue ou non communiquée malgré promesse depuis 2 semaines. Il fait donc chaque fois la ré-encoder - Sur Iphone SE , pas moyen de voir les graphiques en entier. -Est-ce un problème de réseau qui fait que l’application sur Iphone SE affiche parfois des cours anciens (dans les cookies???) donc incorrects, déja signalé depuis *+ 2 ans
