Kik Messaging & Chat App

I have been on this app for a while and have been gifted a lot of diamonds but when I go to request my payout they give me million of excuses as to why I can’t receive my money so I have $1,000 worth just sitting in this app that is owed to me but I can’t get the money. Such a scam if you ask me . Only way you can get a payout if by getting Skrill and I’ve reached out to them multiple times saying my account is in good standing and they have not received any incoming payments from Kik. Kik does not have any live customer service just email which is automatically a red flag. Don’t put in time in this app because you won’t ever get your money , they will keep it when you finally quit reaching out to them, just horrible!!!!

I’m unable verify my email

So I used to love this app. It had a lot of great features, and the live streaming was top-notch. nowadays it has issues with having the audio cut out and having pop-ups that I didn’t want that then end my live stream just the other day quite recently I was having an issue of having every 10 minutes a Norton AntiVirus website pop up and tell me that I had countless malware and all kinds of other stuff kept it telling me that I had issues and that I needed to restart my subscription to Norton antivirus however I’ve never had a subscription to Norton antivirus and when I clicked on the actual website to look at the information, it wasn’t even a Norton antivirus website. I had to reset my phone and I reset my phone. I was having issues with the audio so now every five minutes when I live streaming there is no audio. This was very frustrating for me because I found out later that it wasn’t my phone. It was the actual app because there was a bunch of people in my live stream who were having the same issue and also streamers were having the same issue on their live stream. The app is fun when it works hopefully they solve the problem that they have currently going on and it can return back to its former glory but for now I can say it’s really glitchy by the way I’m using the most updated form of the app. I also have the iPhone 12 and it has been completely updated, so it’s not that it’s an issue with my phone and I’ve also completely reset the phone because I thought that I had downloaded something I wasn’t supposed to had a bunch of malware, things to Kik come to find out it wasn’t malware at all. It was some kind of a scam and the only reason why I know it wasn’t anything else because all of my friends were having the same issue from the same app so yeah a Message to the developers please fix the app. Nobody wants to have their live stream interrupted for any reason especially for a scam. And if I am live streaming, I definitely want to be able to hear people in my guest box or the date box. fix the glitches and I’ll change my review and I’ll keep coming back to re-update this if it gets worse

Very glitchy, sometimes messages do not show up. Remove the filters on profile pics so that we can see who we are talking to.

Tried creating an account gave up cause no username exists so said screw not worth my time
