Laggy sometimes, a lot...long delay when sending a live pic or like not pressing the button 'Send', but u are...don't like this new update since it came out...and when it gets laggy, sometimes it becomes unresponsive and then crashes

The person with who I am talking with doesn't get all the massages witch I've send and it say that they were delivered but she/he can't see them,.. Can u please fix this problem because it's really annoying,..
