Waste of Time and Money

The 4-7-8 pattern is good, but way too fast for me at least. The app allows you to adjust the times but the max is 12 seconds so you can’t even double it to 8-14-16, which is still pretty slow if you practice this for a while. There’s a “contact the developer” button but it doesn’t do anything. What a bunch of lazy programmers.

The app is very good. But it can get better. For example: the possibility to add and save more breathing methods. Not just what the app offers.

Breathing is at the root of successful meditation and this app is a pleasant way to focus on breathing. Well done simple design captures the idea of breathing in and holding a breathe.

Great simple app but why have a limitation of 9 sec for any of the timers. I’d recommend you increase this so people can use it for deep yogic breathing training pranayama.
