This app has everything you need for meditation. If you want guided meditation look in, however, if you want don’t need it and are looking for a free app with a timer and audio queues then this is the app for you.

Lowers my blood pressure

I have high blood pressure. Twenty minutes of slow meditative breathing with this app reduces my BP 10 to 20 points.

Best breathing app

I’ve tried all the top breathing apps (including Apple’s app). This app beats all of them. And it’s FREE! You can choose how many breaths per minute you want (ex: 6 breaths), set time and it’s done. It even works on the Apple Watch. My experience: I’ve been using this app for the last few months. And this app along with the “365 method” changed my life. (Practice 3X a day, 6 breaths a minute for 5 mins) If you need some more calm and happiness in your life, this is the app for you 😊 Thank you breathing zone for making it free!

This app is very helpful with my breathing exercises. You can choose colors, make or female voice sounds or silence. It also keeps track of how much time I’ve spent on the exercise.

Tired just trying to get it to work

Getting sick and tired of having to restart my phone every other time I want a simple app to “ding.” No other issues with any of the other apps on my phone.

More variety of sounds that are soothing ( but are distinctively different for the In-N-Out breath)would be great. But as is, it is still a wonderful app; thank you!

i didnt want to do this review on

it’s all anyone could ask for when needing some guided breathing exercises. there’s no payments needed and definitely no free trial being shoved down your throat. the voices are very calming and you can even turn them off if you want. the sounds are perfect and it’s atmosphere is so simple. i completely recommend this app. it’s helped me through a lot ❤️
