Kira Stokes truly is one of a kind as a trainer. She’s fun, energetic, knows what she’s talking about and pays attention to the importance of form and function. She challenges the user of the app, but makes sure people do what’s “challenging” for where they’re at. I truly recommend the Kira Stokes fit app
I’ve lost 35 lbs from my pregnancy weight with baby number 3 and 4! My legs never looked better and my ARMS have never been in such great shape before kira stoked. And she’s always adding different workouts to make more fun. I’m more than happy to keep my subscription every year with her.
I am obsessed with Kira Stokes’ workouts! This is by far the best fitness app I’ve ever used - and I’ve tried many, only to find myself bored with the lack of variety and/or not challenged enough. Kira checks all of the boxes: super challenging, many choices + new content all the time, customizable workouts to fit your schedule or desired body part focus, excellent cuing, motivating & positive!! I can feel myself getting stronger & I’m starting to see definition in my arms, shoulders & bootie. I can’t say enough positive things about this app and Kira’s Method!!
Please, please add the rewind button back to the app. I want to compete each episode I choose for the day. I don’t always go at the same pace as you do. If I get behind I want to be able to rewind to complete each rep and catch up. Trying to drag the bar just a few seconds is such pain. I end up wasting more time trying to get the episode where I need it to be in order to continue the exercises.
Really love the flexibility and all the variety! Highly recommend it to all my friends!
I have always been very active. I am a retired Navy Seabee and part of my personal training through my military career was swimming miles in the pool, biking and running. After I retired I worked for the YMCA for 20 years. The last few years I was with them my job had changed and I stopped being so active. I moved to a new job to where I sit behind a computer all day. My metabolism as you can imagine at my age has slowed way down. Needless to say I put on 10 pound in just a few month. So i put my feet to the asphalt and started to walking during all my breaks. On average it adds up to 4 miles while on the job. I found that walking wasn’t enough. I saw a interview with Norah O’Donnell and she mentioned you as her trainer. So I looked you up, started following you in instagram and totally loved what I saw. As a matter of fact I have purchased several of you items to help my with stability and strength. My abs really sucked and after a couple of week of doing your ab work outs I can see the difference. My arms are slowly getting toned as well as my legs. Your high energy and positivity keeps my motivated. I look forward to the workout when I get home. Did I mention I do sneak in a workout at work. The guys think I’m probably nuts but what the heck I don’t. Thank you for being part of my life and helping me make a physical and positive change to my body. Since I have started your workouts I have lost 17lbs. Still have a little more to go. Take care And Warm Regards. Mary
I LOVE Kira Stokes Fit! I have done other programs and apps for years. Kira’s app is just different! The sequence of moves and the science behind her workouts is awesome! I have seen more results and gotten so much stronger through the app!!!
I have had this app since the spring of 2022, and I have used it every single day. Kira is fantastic, the workout are challenging without feeling overwhelming or too difficult. I have definitely gotten stronger and leaner with these workouts. I honestly LOVE working out every day with Kira, she’s the best!
Kira does it right. It’s tough but focuses on all the right places keeping core and back as a high focus - which is where it all needs to start. Best trainer I’ve found!
