Worst update, no Support
The App Update is so bad, it makes no sence to sell or buy something. I ordered a pair of sneakers and they take my Money and nothing happend since 2 weeks. The Support don‘t answer.
Artikel können nicht gelöscht werden.
Artikel können nicht gelöscht werden. Werden nämlich nur archiviert. Dahingehend bekommt man weiterhin penetrante Benachrichtigungen und Mails, wenn andere den Artikel günstiger verkaufen etc. Offensichtlich habe ich aber keinen Bedarf mehr zu verkaufen und muss den Spam ertragen. Müll.
Neustes Update ist Schrott
Seit dem neuen Update kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen, weder mit der E-Mail noch über die Handynummer. Weder aufbrennen Handy noch auf dem Tablet geht es…..
App Update
Seit dem neuen Update in der App findet man nichts mehr. Ich musste meine Anzeigen ewig suchen bis ich die Anzeigen gefunden hatte. In der App geht es nicht wirklich mehr um den Kauf und Verkauf von Sneaker. Nicht gelungen das neue Update!
August 1st 2024 they destroyed klekt website and app
I don’t know what happened in the klekt people‘s head but what a disaster this app is. I can‘t even escape it by using the PC because they even shut the website down! Terrible and confusing app design. Where is the lowest price? Am i the lowest price? How many years are you expecting us to wait for a sale not knowing what the lowest price is? Bad usage of space, inconsistent font sizes. Tiny hard to read ones in item details. Overload of categories in My listings, so many you have to slide endlessly to see all the useless ones. I have enough. The app before wasn’t even good, but it was usable. Instead i was using the website. Now even the site is gone, means I‘m out of klekt. Inferior to stockx in every way possible. I haven‘t even mentioned your attempt of a bidding system that ugly unintuitive and bugged. terrible performance on top, endless loading times or not loading at all.
Schlechtes neues Design
Leider ist die App seit dem letzten Update vollkommen unübersichtlich und unbrauchbar geworden. Bitte bringt das alte / einfache Design zurück 🙏🏼
New version is so bad
Nothing is working. Just buggy. UX is terrible. Typical example of how-not-to-relaunch-a-whole-product.
App Funktioniert aber Betrügerisch
Habe dort Schuhe für 900€ verkauft (Nike Dunk Sample Schuhe aus 2006) Habe vor dem Versand Bilder gemacht da ich immer ein schlechtes Gefühl bei so teuren Schuhen habe. Neu und ungetragen versendet. Bei KLEKT ist auf einmal die Sohle dreckig!? Vermutlich staubige Arbeitsfläche oder was ähnliches. Laut KLEKT sind die Schuhe echt aber getragen. Jetzt soll ich 194€ zahlen das sie mir die Schuhe zurücksenden. Was auch mehr ist als 15%. Nie wieder werde ich was bei dieser Firma Kaufen/Verkaufen. Bei EBay/Goat/StockX ist man da besser aufgehoben.

Ich habe über mehrere Wochen an den Support geschrieben, weil ich mein Passwort vergessen hatte. Ich habe nie eine Antwort bekommen. Es ist auch meine e Mail im Spam Ordner gelandet. Mieser Kunden Support
