This app has a lot of bugs. But the worst part is the payment method through hyperwallet, it’s the slowest payment method I have ever seen. You probably wait something between 10 to 17 days to receive your payments. Also I had a very bad experience with the customer support. I send a email and the answered me 2 weeks later. It took them so long to answer that I almost forgot what topic I wanted to talk about.

Klekt team and app can be improved a lot. The app has a lot of glitches and offers are still unvailable which in my opinion its stupid bcs of some sellers crazy prices. Also take better care of ur orders. My order was made 2,5 months ago and after several emails it got cancelled just a few days ago, and team klekt didn’t even care to at least give me a discount code or something......if I didn’t have sent all those emails I believe they would notify me on Christmas that my order was Lost...

Solid app Basically the place to be as far as european marketplace goes. All legit,authentic and with PayPal protection in case the seller flakes.

Your last update needs some adjustments. Whet you try to list a new product it freezes for some reason, plus is super slow and takes forever to load. The five stars is for trying to improve your app, keep up!!!

Fix your app please. It doesn’t let people log in 80% of the time, at least before we could try to’ access through the web but with the only app update you basically are stuck.

Klekt has always been an easy way to buy and sell sneakers but with the last update everything seems to be wrong; it’ s very confusional and ununderstandable. Better the version we used before. Go one step back dear Klekt staff.
