How to Access Cinema Soundbar and Fives, Sevens, and Nines Virtual Remote Capabilities:

Cinema 1200, 800, and 700
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the soundbar be running the latest update. This normally happens automatically when the soundbar has been connected to the Internet, either via Klipsch Connect or Google Home. If your device has not been connected to the Internet, please contact our Product Support Team for assistance. See details below.

The Fives, The Sevens, and The Nines, including McLaren Editions
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the powered monitors be running the latest update. If you have not updated your Fives already, please download the free "Klipsch The Fives Updater" app. This will walk you through the update process. After the update is complete, all future updates will come through Klipsch Connect. Our Product Support team can walk you through the entire process. Simply reach out to us at:

Aucun réglages possible

Les Fives sont bien reconnues et connectées à l’application, pour autant aucun réglage n’est possible (seul l’icône d’aide et de réglage de l’application pas des enceintes apparaît). Je ne peux pas sélectionner de source, régler l’égaliseur etc..

Logiciel au top!

Pratique, instinctif, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour avoir la meilleure expérience possible avec vos Klipsch. Profitez!

À fidéliser

L’application progresse doucement, trop doucement et parfois pas pour le meilleur. Tout fonctionnait bien avant la dernière mise à jour et depuis impossible de reboot la barre de son, impossible de voir le signal lu, pas d’affichage sur la barre des actions faites avec l’application…j’ai l’impression d’être revenus en arrière… en espérant que la prochaine mise a jour, qui je l’espère ne tarderas pas trop, corrigeras tout ça…

Pas au point

Après avoir installé de la dernière mise à jour sur klipsch the fives cette application ne veut plus fonctionner, vraiment pas au point.

Ajout equalizer

L’application ne permet pas d’effectuer des réglages pour les enceintes Klipsch The fives ! une mise à jour est-elle à l’ordre du jour, si oui sous quel délai ? Merci

Processus de mise a jour compliqué au possible pas d equalizer jazz tout ça pour ça, honteux, le prix de vos produits est exorbitant et 8 mois pour sortir une maj .PLUS JAMAIS KLIPSCH
