星もつけたくないくらいのゴミ
ペアリングしてるのにエラー吐いたり ファームウェアを右だけ更新した後左が更新できず硬直 イコライザーなんてあるだけで機能せず 更新できないのにアップデートリリースとか頭おかしいにも程がある まともな製品作れないならモノを売るな モノ売るっていうレベルじゃない
普通に使えます。
酷評が目立ちますが、普通にイコライザーも使えますし、更新も出来ます。動作は確かに不安定ですが、根気よくアプリと向き合えば何の問題もないはず。
ver1.8.0になってもT5のアプデができない
表題通りです。 接続セットアップからまずファームウェアのアプデを求められ、指示通りネット環境を整え、電池残量70%以上にしてすすめるも「準備ができてません」状態。 個人情報のみ抜かれた気分。 セットアップが進まないので、イコライザーなどの機能も全く使えずです。 調べたところ、Androidの方でも同じ状態のようですね。 修正改善したversionをストアに即時お願いします。 2021年10月30日現在 アプリのアプデがありましたな、何も改善せず。
ファームウェアアップデートできず何もできない
準備中となり先に進めないので、何もできない
使えないアプリです
２日前に2ヶ月振りにバージョンアップしましたが全く使えないアプリです。サポートセンターのサポートも要領を得ません。本当に残念ですがどうしようもないのでしょうね。ちなみにOSはiOSです。
最悪のアプリです
T5ではファームウェアのアップデートが完了したにも関わらず、まだアップデートできたいない扱いになり、再度アップデートしようとすると永遠にT5を探しに行って、タイムアウトする。 また、中途半端な状態になってしまったのか今まで接続できていた機器にも接続できなくなった。 Android端末でアップデートしたところ正常に完了し、その後iPhoneや iPadで開き直すといずれの端末でも正常になったが、イコライザをタップすると時々、最新の状態にも関わらず「最新の状態」を探しに行ってそのまま行方不明になる。 以上の状態からiOSで操作することはストレスでしかなく、何の役にも立ちません。
iPhoneSE2 ios14.4で不具合
2021年3月5日時点 アプリがpermissionのページから先へ進めない。 使用イヤホンはT5 True wireless。ファームウェアは現状最新のv3.9.5にiPadで公式アプリを使用して更新したが相変わらず途切れやすい。
アプリ連携に手こずった
非常に連携しづらい。 やっとの思いで連携出来たが、電池残量が寝る前に充電した状態でケース内では100%なのに、音楽再生してからすぐ70%に減る。 これはアプリがダメなのか本体がダメなのか判断つかないので心配になる。
アップデートは出来ましたが
EQをさらに細かく調整できるようにしてくださると嬉しいです。（30,60,125,250,500,1000,2000,4000,8000,16000hzで調節させて欲しいです）
