I have made payment for energy reserve and it didn’t reflect in the app. Kindly look into it or else reverse the payment as soon as possible.

They are showing offers to buy energy but it’s all fake . It’s doesn’t add to your account but money will deducted every time , customer support also not responding we have to send lots of messages then only they respond very hardly one time after that also no use if you wanna play , play with out purchase any thing that’s better , don’t buy any thing.
Too many bugs
Loved the game but there are many bugs. It gets slow and keeps hanging. Inspite of watching advertisements it doesn’t credit the energy. Can’t play it for longer duration of time
Payment made but energy didn’t get credited
Twice i have made payments and energy was not credited. I need my money refunded
Worst In-apps process and takes ages to reflect
This is by far has the worst in-apps processing. I paid the the money and then have to wait 24hrs then mail them and share screenshots to proof that I paid and wait another 24hrs to get response and then god knows when they will process. And I am still waiting for my credentials to reflect on my account. Ver very poor. Players must and should avoid doing in-apps.
Good game but limited energy makes it frustrating
I know this is an old game but I just started playing this recently (2 weeks). The concept of the game is good. Its interesting to play. But the energybar is limited at 50, so even if i play after 24 hours the max energy ill get is 50 and for clearing the path for one item it takes up 20-30. So i can only clear 2 objects max in one time….. there are stones that takes more than 300 enery to clear, so how much time will it take to clear it.? When i first thought of writing this review I read other reviews here which are 3-4 years old and everyone has made the same complaint. So if till now it has not been rectified I dont think it will change no, so better would be for me to delete this game and find some other similar game. Too bad coz this is a very good game to play but we should be able to play.
Purchases do not get reflected in the game even after 24 hours
Great game. I’ve been playing it for 3-4 months now. Found that the process for energy we get is very slow so I upgraded to the paid version. Then found the deals way too enticing and that is really my pain area. I have purchased energy/gems etc many times and each and every time I have had to send the receipt of the purchase to their help and support email in order for the purchase to get reflected in the game. And each and every time, I have had to wait for more than 24 hours for said purchases to get reflected. Unfortunately, that takes away the fun of playing the game. I’m waiting for my last purchase to get reflected in the game. Once that is done and I’ve used it up I’m exiting the game. So if you’re one of those people that likes to play and play hard, this game is not for you.
The game is good but it has some glitches.
It’s very slow loading, and too much ads are making me think to uninstall it. And sometimes it doesn’t respond. Several times I’ve spent energies but then it shows the mission is undone but energies are lost. Disappointing!!

The new update
The new graphics update is terrible can you please cahnge it to the original
