WONDERFUL GAME

Não consigo jogar não percebo porquê
It was fun until it stop working
It was a great game I was already on level 10 and was participating on the Lizard Den but as soon as I tried to buy more energy from the app it crashed and now doesn’t even load anymore, already tried to uninstall and install the game again and it reaches a point where doesn’t load, how can I fix this problem?
