Title is unstable
I’m in contact with your support for 36h now and after spending money, time and energy I’m no longer able to enter the app. There’s a strange error even if I completely reinstalled the app, log out of my Apple ID, cleaned all the space and so on. This is quite disturbing and no one has given me a pertinent response until now even if I was very profesional and gave all the info needed and more. I was a very big fan of your game, played every single day spend a lot of funds and all of it wasted on a game in which I’m no longer able to play for some reason.
Error ocurred
I reported two days ago that the game is not loading and has an error. I followed the advice you gave on the first day, but the issue is still not resolved, and the error persists. Since yesterday, no one has responded to my complaint. I’m sorry to say that I spent many hours playing your game, which I really enjoyed, but it seems that you are not interested in solving problems or caring about your players.
