The update

The new update crashes every time. Even just turning a page became difficult. About the notes: clicking on a reference in the text used to make it appear on the screen, while this update makes you jump to the endnotes pages. Then you have go back again to your actual page.

Had trouble, but all good now

Initially, my books would not load. I reached out the the customer support and they got back to me quickly and helped me sort it out. All good now and I’m impressed with the prompt service.

本の種類の多さがピカイチ！

Kindleに比べると本の多さは楽天koboのほうが多いのかなと思います！すごい使いやすくていいのですが強いて言うならば月額で本読み放題のプランがあればいいなあ思います。ご検討よろしくお願いします。

Basic reader

Pros: works Cons: adding notes is very cumbersome; can’t buy books from the app; can’t use Apple pencil Update 09.2020: a lot of books are not available to buy in Korea. Finding myself buying more and more from Amazon. This app is becoming useless to me. Rating down from 4* to 2*.

I figured out I cannot remove any of annotations. I checked and followed your instructions for apple devices on your website however it just doesn’t work.
