Support for this product system and app was abruptly discontinued in the fall if 2023 with no advance warning. You can no longer log in to adjust settings on a baby monitor, and the cameras though functional, are stuck in an endless loop of flashing LEDs and clicks as they reset, trying to find servers that are no longer there. Avoid the app, the products that rely on it, and the company that provided no advance notice they were going to break everything.
App will only give “go offline” option and will not connect. Unable to use phone to check camera.
Every time logging says server error the app crashes and crashes again Horribly bad app and camera’s
App worked great until about a week or so ago. Me and my husband can’t check the camera on our apps. So frustrating! The customer support is actually horrible.

it's not worth a dime. the app hardly ever works and it defeats the purpose of even using the app. i can't check in on my child when i cant open the app and it doesn't connect? zero customer service as they have discontinued all the services associated with cherish baby monitor. haven't had the monitor over 2 years and it's uselsss and need a new one now.

Has worked in past but now has outage lasting over a week since most recent update. States problems connecting with server. Kodak - please update this or provide solution…
Kodak has ended its baby monitor’s products. Fine, but i feel defrauded by the fact that they have shut down the app. As mentioned, now the monitors don’t stop clicking and flashing. Kodak, If you are going to sunset the product line, at least leave us with a working app. It’s impossible to rely solely on the physical monitors since they don’t give access to the settings and the cameras seem to go on an app searching loop The app used to work fine until now
