Do not buy - constant issues with app and monitor
If I could rate zero or negative star I would.
Bought in September 2022 based on advice from shop, said it was a great monitor and with it being so expensive thought it would be but a year later Kodak advised they have stopped supporting the product and refer you to Oricom.
Constant issues - app connection issues, app login issues, parent unit connect issues to monitor.. the list goes on.
Oricom provide support but it’s basic. “Delete app then reinstall”
Very disappointing.
No warning but product and related supported no longer available
Monitor and app have been wonderful until a month ago and now the cameras only work in offline mode, meaning that the app and ability to view cameras remotely no longer work. This is incredibly disappointing given the price point of the monitors and the promotion of the ability to access via the app when away from home. Not sure why the product is stop being sold in retail stores given the supports for the product have been sunsetted.
Worst Product Ever!!
Server currently been down for over a week and even before then super temperamental. Shame, as this product could had great potential but instead it’s an absolute flop. Would never have purchased if I knew there were going to be so many issues.
Terribly unreliable
Please sort out you app, disconnects, server unresponsive- fidelity is too grainy

Don’t waste your money
App constantly not working or server down
The main reason I bought this baby camera was so I can monitor my little ones movements. The app hasn’t worked for about 4 days now and I can only use it in offline mode. This then means the blue like it’s perm on for my camera which keeps my little one up so I’ve now had to tape it because I can’t connect to the settings to turn the light off. This app needs some serious development to stop the glitches and errors I’m constantly seeing.

Kodak has stopped supporting this product and the servers are now offline. There was no warning, absolutely terrible customer experience. Congrats Kodak, you’ve sunset the only line of products left that were actually modern and decent.
It never works
When it works it’s good but it never works because it’s not updated to go with newer smartphone updates
The worse baby camera ever!
Unable to connect the server and no trouble shooting available. Even cannot report issue!
HATE!
The app is constantly not working. Currently experiencing day 6 of offline. Cannot click any settings to try and resolve the issue as it doesn’t give you any ability to “check the server”. Reporting the issue does absolute jack!
The monitor gives you about 50% of camera viewing that the app does so that doesn’t even make it any better. The angle I have for the app is completely different to the monitor
